* How do I make a purchase?

Browse through our store and online information pages, adding items you wish to purchase by clicking on the 'Buy now' button underneath each desired item. Indicate that you are ready for checkout when you have chosen all desired items. Complete secure payment through PalPal as indicated. 

 

* How are postage and packing charges calculated?

The standard delivery charge is £5.00 and FREE for all orders more than £30 delivered  to Mainland UK addresses. We regret we cannot deliver to non-Mainland UK addresses. You wil be charged only once per order regardless of number of items ordered. Royal Mail will be used for all smaller orders and a more secure signed-for method for larger orders.

 

  * When will I receive my order?

It will normally take about 7 working days to receive your order. Where delays are likely we will endeavour to communicate this information to you if you have provided a phone number or email address.

 

 * Can my order be sent outside the UK?

We are sorry that orders can only be sent to Mainland UK addresses.

 

 * Can my order be sent to an address different to the

    one registered previously? 

 Yes. All correspondence relating to a change of address, even a temporary one,  should be communicated to myhorse07@gmail.com

 

* Is my payment (and therefore credit card details) secure?

All payments made through PayPal are secure. 

 

* What is your returns policy?

Return your unwanted items within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging and in an unused (saleable) condition. Your order should have been accompanied a  delivery note with a section to be filled out in the event of return of items. You should receive a refund within 14 days. If a replacement item is desired, this normally takes 7 days to receive.

 

 * What if I want to contact a customer service advisor?
